Kamran Javed received his Ph.D. in Automatic Control and Informatics from the University of Franche-Comté, France, in 2014. In the same year, he joined the Fuel Cell Laboratory in Belfort, France, as a Postdoctoral Researcher. From 2016 to 2018, he worked with SENSEYE in the United Kingdom on predictive maintenance of assembly lines in the automotive manufacturing sector. From 2018 to 2025, he served as the Head of the Computer Engineering Department at the National University of Technology (NUTECH), Pakistan. In 2025, he joined the Pak-Austria Fachhochschule Institute of Applied Sciences and Technology, Pakistan. His research interests focus on the development of condition monitoring and prognostics solutions for critical engineering assets within Big Data environments.
