100% exemption in Tuition Fee for the 1st semester is awarded to the candidates who obtain the top positions in the admission merit list in each undergraduate program as follows:

  1. One scholarship if the number of students remains below 60.
  2. Two scholarships if the number of students remains between 60 and 90.
  3. The number of scholarships per program shall increase accordingly.

Semester Merit Scholarship

The Semester Merit Scholarship will be awarded in each bachelor’s program per semester to those students who have achieved the following highest GPA in the previous semester with a regular course load.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Only students who have completed the semester with the standard course load as outlined in the Scheme of Studies (SOS) are considered part of the eligible cohort for inclusion in the merit scholarship.
  2. Merit scholarships are not awarded based on final semester results.

Semester Merit Scholarship policy states that:

Important Note

As per the policy, academically relevant UG programs will be merged where the number of enrolled students falls below the half of the threshold of class strength, i.e. 30 as required for the disbursement of Talent Award and Semester Merit Scholarship. The scholarship management committee (SMC) will recommend such merging cases for the approval of the competent authority within a faculty.
