Program Description

The Bachelor of Science in Applied Chemistry program is aimed to train students about contemporary issues, challenges, trends, research, and advancements in the field of applied chemistry with the vision of developing professionals to manage the critical industrial and environmental problems, Pakistan is currently facing. The program is designed to align with the needs of the chemical process industry, petrochemicals, oil and gas sector, fertilizers, renewable energy, global challenges such as climate change, pollution control, high-performance materials, design, and manufacturing and application. By addressing these sectors’ demands, the program prepares students for successful careers in industries and sectors that are vital to Pakistan’s economy.
