The PAFIAST is pleased to announce its 1st Convocation Ceremony 2025 for the graduating classes of bachelor’s programs (2024 & 2025) and master’s programs (2023, 2024 & 2025). 

Please be advised that the convocation rehearsal will take place on May 30, 2025. Transportation will be provided to the Convention Centre, Islamabad, with the bus departing promptly at 2:00 PM.
Only registered students who wish to avail the PAF-IAST transportation facility must report to the B2 Multipurpose Hall (PAF-IAST) before 2:00 PM on Friday.

Students are required to complete the registration process by filling out the designated form. Registration Guidelines:

1. Students may register themselves and their parents/guests by submitting the form no later than 15th May 2025.
2. The Convocation fee is Rs. 5,000 per student. An additional Rs. 2,000 per guest will be charged for any accompanying guests.
3. Fee challans will be issued and shared with students on 16th May 2025.

5. All students must submit the fee by 20th May 2025 and notify the Convocation Committee upon completion.
6. The final list of students eligible to attend the Convocation will be published on 21st May 2025.

Dress Code for Convocation

General Guidelines: 

• Formal attire is required for all attendees. 
• Clothing should reflect the dignity of the occasion while ensuring comfort. 
• Avoid overly bright colors, flashy patterns, or casual footwear.
• Prohibited Items: Casual wear (jeans, sneakers, t-shirts, shorts). 

For Gentlemen:

• Suit: Solid-colored, conservative suit (e.g., black, navy, or charcoal gray). Or National formal dress. 

• Shirt: Long-sleeve, button-up dress shirt. 

• Footwear: Dark, polished dress shoes with dark socks. 

For Ladies: 

• Outfit: Decent-colored formal suit.
• Footwear: Closed-toe, formal flats.
• Avoid excessive jewellery, high heels & short sleeves.  

General Instructions: 

1. For security reasons, No participant will be allowed to enter without invitation card, each card is bearing a unique ID. One person will be allowed on one card. 
2. Mobile phones are not allowed inside the hall and shall be collected at designated collection points.   
3. Kids under 10 years are not allowed. 10 years old and above will be allowed only on issuance of invitation card.  
4. Rehearsal is mandatory, to be held on 30th May in the Convention Center Islamabad at 3 pm and transport will be provided from campus to the venue on rehearsal day only. 
5. Invitation cards and Gowns can be collected on day of rehearsal at registration desk at Convocation venue (Gate-1 Convention Center Islamabad). 
6. Gowns charges are given as under:
          i. Rent: Rs. 500/-
          ii. Security Deposit (refundable): Rs. 2000/-
