Note

Each sample will cost Rs. 5,000/-
In case of unidirectional sequencing Forward Primer will be required and in case of bi-directional sequencing both forward and reverse primers will be required (10 ul each).
Gel image of eluted PCR product must also be shared before and after elusion.
