Biography

Dr. Bilal Alam Khan is an accomplished Researcher With a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, Italy, Dr. Khan’s expertise spans hydrogen production, fuel cell technology, and the metrology of trace gases, focusing on climate change and air quality. His research contributions include leadership roles in EU-funded EMPIR projects such as MetClim VOC and KEY-VOCs.
Dr. Khan has an extensive background in academia and industry, including roles as a Research Engineer at E. Hy. Energy Hydrogen Solutions in Italy and Research Assistant at Politecnico di Torino, Italy and researcher at The National Meteorology Institute of Italy (INRiM). His work emphasizes innovative methods for measurements gas solid interactions and green hydrogen production.
As a passionate educator and researcher, Dr. Khan has authored several peer-reviewed publications and actively participates in global scientific networks. His dedication to advancing renewable energy technologies and environmental sustainability aligns with his vision of integrating cutting-edge research with impactful teaching.
