Muhammad Nauman Habib is working as an Associate Professor at the School of Business, Entrepreneurship, and Professional Development (SBEPD) and serving as Manager (Head) of the Quality Enhancement Cell at PAF-IAST. Dr. Muhammad Nauman Habib holds Ph.D. in Management with a specialization in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Management Sciences, Pakistan. He has been working in the teaching profession since 2008 and has experience of working in academia, the developmental sector, as well as an entrepreneur.
Previously worked as a Professor-Management Sciences, Dean Online and Distance Learning (ODL), and Director QEC at the City University of Science and Information Technology (CUSIT). He served as Head of Department (2016-18), coordinator (2015), Editor of City University Research Journal (2014-15), and as a trainer during his tenure at CUSIT. Moreover, he also served as an in-charge of the Entrepreneurship society and as a focal person to NBEAC. His Ph.D. research is on Organizational Change in Public Sector Organization: A Case of Computerized Driving Licensing Authority, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. His research interest is mainly in the field of HRM, general management, change management, reforms, public sector development, educational reform, conflict management, and sustainability.
He has a proven record of research publication with 31 research papers published in reputable international and national journals. 16 conference presentations and two monographs. He has organized several research conferences, chaired sessions, and reviewer several ISI indexed as well as national research journals. Furthermore, he has conducted several training and workshops inside as well as outside the campus.
