Dr. Saif Ullah

Assistant Professor

Biography

Dr. Saif Ullah has done Pharm-D, and M.Phil in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan, Pakistan. In August 2023, He has completed the Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry with thesis title “Design and Synthesis of Sulphonate Derivatives as Potent Inhibitors of ENPP1” from Department of Pharmacy, COMSATS University Islamabad, Abbottabad Campus, Pakistan. In the Ph.D. work, He has designed, optimized, synthesized and characterized the organic compounds. He has evaluated the synthesized organic compounds on enzyme inhibitory activity, insulin secretagogues effect on freshly isolated islets of Langerhans’s from Balb/c mice, glucose tolerance, blood insulin level test in diabetic rat models, cancer cell lines and normal cell lines viability assay and molecular docking study.
