Background and Rationale
Generations Z and Alpha represent the most digitally connected, socially conscious, and diverse cohorts in history. They are characterized by short attention spans, preference for interactive and visual content, reliance on technology, and a strong desire for personalized and purpose-driven learning. Traditional lecture-based methods often fail to engage these learners, leading to disengagement and reduced knowledge retention.
To effectively teach Gen Z and Alpha learners, faculty must adopt innovative pedagogical approaches that integrate technology, gamification, experiential learning, and collaborative problem-solving. This program is designed to equip educators with the skills and strategies to connect meaningfully with these generations, fostering critical thinking, creativity, and lifelong learning.

By the end of the program, participants will be able to:
