Biography

Mr. Muhammad Younas Khan is an active academician, researcher, and industrial professional. Currently, he is a Lecturer in School of Business, Entrepreneurship and Professional Development. He is a PhD Scholar in the field of Human Resource Management at Capital University of Science and Technology, Islamabad. He holds an MS Degree in Management Sciences from Air University, Islamabad and completed his MBA Degree from Preston University, Islamabad. His research interests include Leadership, Organizational Behavior, Performance, Human Resource Management, Training and Development, Strategic Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Industrial Organizational Psychology, and Change Management.

He has publications in national and international journals as well as presented his research papers in CUST Applied Business Research Conference (2023 & 2024), and Asian Management Research and Case Conference, 2024 (LUMS, Lahore). Previously, he has performed as Dy. Human Resource Manager in Wilson’s Group of Companies, Islamabad. Furthermore, he has conducted and organized multiple internal trainings in his previous organization.
