The meeting was led by Dr. Asim Farooq, HOD Department of Transportation Engineering from PAFIAST, where he introduced the Intelligent Transport System (ITS) in National highways & Motorways, the officials agreed to work under the Triple Helix model, where, PAFIAST will provide ITS solutions as Academic Partner, and NHA & Motorway department will work as the industry as well as NHA/Motorways work as a government, government organization.
